We provide customized service for working-class or family visits with Food, breakfast in partnering the local businesses"Samen voor elkaar" -Rooms are clean and provided with free internet access. -The trade or use of (soft)drugs and alcohol abuse are not permitted. -Prostitution or any other activity prohibited by the Dutch law are forbidden. There is no 24 hours Service desk. Guests arriving after the check-in times need to make an appointment prior to arrival before at least 96 hours prior to arrival. There will be a fee per late hour after the check-in time.

We are located in Zeist city which has about 60000 inhabitants. shopping is close. supermarkets are within walking distance. WWF, football federation and famous castle of Zeist is 10 -15 minutes. The big city is reachable in 10-15 minutes with a car and 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from our accommodation. Every 30 minutes there is bus connection to Utrecht. During the week is very quiet in the neighborhood, however, in the weekends Pubs and shops are open late night. On Friday and Saturday nights are busy and noisy between 23:00uu-2:30uur due to music in the pub next door to our building.
