Furthermore, after accessing the house by stairs, there is a wide living room available to relax, play board games, or watch television. The first floor offers four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. To refresh yourself there are two spacious bathrooms with both a shower, bath and a toilet. If you wish to berth your boat next to the house, an additional 1,75euro per ft. per night will be added to your stay. The maximum length to berth is 10 feet.
