From the apartment you have a wonderful view of the Rommelhaven with moored (classical) ships, and the large lock of Harlingen, which is still is in use. The house / apartment is located right in the center but in a quiet area. The main street is a 2 minute walk, the sea 5 minutes. 'De Grote Sluis' is no bed & breakfast, there are no other inhabitants. You have complete privacy. There is parking in the area and the direction Leeuwarden highways - Groningen - Afsluitdijk and Amsterdam are easily accessible.
